✅ Support fellow crew members on their voyage

✅ Contribute positively to the JWVA community culture

🚫 CONDUCT STANDARDS

We hold ourselves to a higher

standard because this industry

demands it.

You agree to:

✅ Remain drug-free and avoid substances that compromise your career and safety

✅ Practice responsible alcohol use —drunk driving is strictly prohibited

✅ Refrain from recklessly displaying wealth

✅ Never engage in, promote, or support exploitation, sex work, or trafficking in any form. These behaviors are grounds for

immediate removal from JWVA with no refund.

✅ Represent JWVA with integrity

online and in person at all times
